After payment, ownership rights of final deliverables are transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our proprietary content or tools without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

AdCresta shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Performance outcomes such as ad reach, traffic, or sales, as these depend on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
Losses caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

Our total liability, in any case, will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve integration with third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics software).
AdCresta has no control over these platforms and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies. Clients are subject to the terms of those third-party providers.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private.
AdCresta may use aggregated or anonymized data for reporting, analytics, or case studies but will never disclose identifiable client information without consent.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

You violate these Terms and Conditions.
You fail to make payments as agreed.
Your behavior is abusive or harmful toward our team or business.
