- Losses caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
Our total liability, in any case, will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

AdCresta has no control over these platforms and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies. Clients are subject to the terms of those third-party providers.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private.
AdCresta may use aggregated or anonymized data for reporting, analytics, or case studies but will never disclose identifiable client information without consent.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if:
- You violate these Terms and Conditions.
- You fail to make payments as agreed.
