At AdCresta, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality digital products and marketing services. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle refunds, cancellations, and related requests.


1. General Policy

Because our services are digital and intangible, all sales made on AdCresta.com are final once the project, subscription, or service has started or been delivered.
However, we understand that situations can vary — and we’re committed to working with our clients to resolve issues fairly.


2. Eligibility for a Refund

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment was made due to a technical issue.
  • Service not delivered within the agreed timeline, and no alternative solution was provided.
  • Technical errors from our side prevented the product or service from functioning as described.
  • Unauthorized transactions were processed without your consent.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The service or product has already been delivered or accessed.
  • The issue is due to the customer’s system, third-party platform errors, or lack of cooperation.
  • Dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences rather than a verifiable error.

3. Subscription-Based Services

For monthly or annual subscription plans:

  • You may cancel at any time, but the current billing period will not be refunded.
  • After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your paid period.
  • Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.

4. Digital Advertising & Marketing Services

If you purchase advertising campaigns or marketing solutions through AdCresta:

  • Custom projects and campaigns are non-refundable once launched.
  • Prepaid budgets for advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) cannot be refunded once allocated.
  • Any unused balance after campaign closure may be eligible for a partial refund, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at contact@adcresta.com within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Include your order ID, payment proof, and a detailed explanation of your issue.
  3. Our support team will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or payment account again.
  • Contact your payment provider, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@adcresta.com.
